A Message Before the New Year

December is my time to slow down, recover, and give my nervous system the quiet it needs. Although I have been less active recently, I continue to think about everyone living with trigeminal neuralgia and painful trigeminal neuropathy.

In the coming months I will be sharing more evidence-based information about medications, treatment, and practical ways to live with chronic neuropathic pain. Healing rarely comes through rushing. It comes through patience, knowledge, and learning to work with, rather than against, the nervous system.
